As food prices continue to go up and with hidden toxins in most of our groceries items, it’s time we all learn how to grow food our own food.  Recently, the FDA approved genetically modified Salmon for consumption which adds to the concern of what’s going into body.

The only way to protect yourself and your family from eating toxic foods is by growing food for yourself.  This way, you don’t become dependant on processed/modified corporate food.  If you’ve never garden before, I suggest starting off small by growing tomatoes and peppers.
